Please read these terms carefully before using our apps and services.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CofiApps applications and services ("Services") operated by CofiApps ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

Description of Services

CofiApps makes mobile apps for everyday life. These Terms cover the following apps:

Cashvelope

Expense tracking, budgets, and money reports

Daykept

Journaling, templates, voice notes, and cycle tracking

Kindstone

Guided meditation, breathing exercises, and sleep sounds

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

All our apps are free to download, and Kindstone is completely free. In Cashvelope and Daykept, some features require a paid plan (Cashvelope Pro or Daykept Premium). Paid plans are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to the terms of that store.

Plans and Prices

  • Monthly: an auto-renewing subscription billed once a month
  • Yearly: an auto-renewing subscription billed once a year
  • Lifetime: a one-time purchase that does not renew

The app shows each plan's price and billing period before you confirm a purchase. Prices vary by country and are charged in your local currency by the store. If we change the price of a subscription, the store notifies you before the new price applies to your renewal, as its rules require.

Payment and Automatic Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
  • A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • If an offer includes a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when you buy a subscription.

Managing and Canceling

  • iPhone and iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
  • Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  • Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your store settings.
  • After you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Apple and Google process all payments, so refunds follow their policies. For App Store purchases, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, request one through Google Play or contact us. We do not give refunds or credits for partly used subscription periods, except where the law requires it.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime means the paid features for as long as the app runs. Any storage limit that comes with a lifetime plan is shown in the app before you buy. If the app ever shuts down, you can still export all your data at any time, but the purchase is not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Restoring Purchases

On a new device or after reinstalling, use "Restore Purchases" in the app. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy the plan.

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

You may use our Services for:

  • Personal budgeting, journaling, meditation, and sleep
  • Educational and informational purposes
  • Communication with our support team

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
  • Use automated systems to access our Services

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our apps, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our apps for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

Fair Use

You agree to use our apps in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Legal Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our apps.

Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by CofiApps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You own everything you create in our apps, such as journal entries, voice notes, photos, and financial records. If you turn on sync or backup, you allow us to store, copy, and transfer that content only as needed to sync it between your devices, back it up, and restore it for you. We do not publish, sell, or share your content, and we do not use it for advertising.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

Privacy and Data Protection

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Services, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS)
  • Regular security assessments and updates
  • Access controls and authentication measures
  • Compliance with applicable data protection laws

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our Services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Health and Financial Information Disclaimer

Our Services are for personal and informational use only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or financial advice. Cycle predictions in Daykept are estimates and must not be used for contraception or diagnosis. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for:

  • Medical diagnosis and treatment
  • Emergency medical situations
  • Changes in your health condition
  • Medication decisions

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CofiApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in our apps.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of our Services
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.

Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiations between parties
  • Mediation if negotiations fail
  • Legal proceedings in Vietnamese courts if necessary

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Important: It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
